Come and join us at the Crocodile Dock. We will be swamped with all kinds of fun games, crafts, stories and snacks that teach kids how God is at work. A burning bush…an assault of plagues…Jesus’ resurrection. The Bible tells us God performed big stuff—miracles—to make himself known. At Crocodile Dock, kids will keep an eye out for “God in action” in their everyday lives—and they’ll discover how they can be a God Sighting by showing Christ’s love.
When: Monday Mornings from 9 – 11:30 a.m.
Dates: July 13 – August 10 (5 weeks)
Cost: There is no cost to attend VBS just a suggested donation of $5.00/week.
Who should join us? All kids ages 3 through those going into 8th Grade.
July 13 - God is with us. Bible Story: God speaks to Moses in a burning bush. - Exodus 3:1-4 - 4:17 Treasure Verse: "God answered, 'I will be with you'" - Exodus 3:12
July 20 - God is powerful. Bible Story: God sends the plagues on Egypt. - Exodus 7:1 - 10:29 Treasure Verse: “I will show you that I am the Lord” (Exodus 7:17).
July 27 - God does what he says he’ll do. Bible Story: God spares the Israelites at Passover (Exodus 11:1-12:42). Treasure Verse: “The Lord always keeps his promises” (Psalm 145:13b).
August 3 - God gives us life. Bible Story: Jesus dies and comes back to life (Matthew 27:11-28:10). Treasure Verse: “He is risen from the dead” (Matthew 28:5-6).
August 10 - God cares for us. Bible Story: The Israelites cross the Red Sea (Exodus 14:1-15:21). Treasure Verse: “Don’t be afraid.” (Exodus 14:13).
